Welcome!

Hi, I’m Linda, originally from Scotland but now living in Australia, I’m a 50-something mother of 2 who only discovered my passion for art later in life.

Many people believe they can't draw, I know, I was one of them, but I'm here to tell you that you absolutely can.

I understand how daunting it can feel to start something new, especially if you’ve never picked up a pencil before. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help you step confidently into the world of pastel pencil art.

I want to help you with kindness, patience & plenty of support & helpful tips so you can create beautiful portraits of pets, wildlife, and more, boost your confidence and fulfil your creative goals .

My Core Values

Kindness

I believe that fostering a culture where celebrating others' successes is a priority, recognizing and appreciating the achievements of our fellow artists. Ensuring that every interaction and decision is rooted in kindness, aimed at aiding the development and growth of individuals within the community. This involves providing support and encouragement while also setting clear boundaries to maintain personal and professional integrity.

Integrity & Empathy

I value integrity and empathy as foundational principles. Integrity means upholding honesty, transparency, and strong moral principles in all our interactions and artistic endeavours. Empathy involves understanding and sharing the feelings of others, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment. Together, these values ensure that we treat each other with respect and kindness, creating a safe and nurturing space for everyone to grow and thrive in their artistic journey.

Generosity

I believe in freely sharing my knowledge, skills, and resources to help everyone grow and succeed. By giving my time, feedback, and support, I hope to create an environment where everyone can thrive. The spirit of generosity ensures that we all feel valued and empowered, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.

Positivity

I strive to maintain an uplifting and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels motivated and inspired. By focusing on the positive aspects of each other's work and progress, we create a supportive environment that fosters creativity and personal growth. My commitment to positivity ensures that challenges are met with optimism and that every person feels valued and appreciated.
